Want to cancel your order?
We hope that you are always excited about your order from Cosmic Crunch, but if for any reason you would like to cancel your order. Please email us at, cosmiccrunchuk@gmail.com, within 24 hours of placing your order to let us know that you would like to cancel. Anything after this time frame will be posted out to you.

Want to cancel your order because you made a mistake? Wrong item, wrong size, wrong colour, wrong address, etc. Please email us at, cosmiccrunchuk@gmail.com, and we can adjust this for you without having to cancel your order!

Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, hygiene issues and the potential of contamination we are unable to accept returns of any kind. 

Some freeze dried treats can be extremely fragile which may result in possible breakages during the delivery process, producing some flakes or dust in the bag. This will not affect the taste, and does not qualify as a reason for return or refund. You can use up any freeze dried sweet dust as tasty toppings on your ice cream or other dessert!
