Processing Time
We aim to pack and send your order within 3-4 days (working days) of receipt of the order. 
If any products ordered are out of stock, we will notify you via email and offer an alternate, so please make sure that your email address is correct during checkout. If we do not get a response within 5 working days we will cancel your order and you will be refunded.
In all cases, payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Delivery
We can't be held responsible for delays in the delivery service. Please be aware of any possible delays due to strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.
Delivery to a place of work is only guaranteed to the premises, not the purchaser.

Our main couriers for UK delivery are Royal Mail. At times we may use a different courier.
